Statement

I’ve always loved to draw in my spare time and would do commissions for family and friends of pets and children. I also have a big passion for wild animals, especially big cats and have spent many years visiting wildlife parks and zoos across the country studying and taking photos. Armed with all this information I now draw and paint with much detail these beautiful, rare and exotic animals and hope to share that passion with you. Although my passion is for animals I also love to paint landscapes, seascapes and people. 

Biography

Borne in Kent U.K. 1951 self-taught artist Geoff Dawson has moved across the U.K. to South Wales were he now paints full time. He now sells his work across the World and his paintings hang in private collections in America, Sweden, France, Germany and across the U.K. He now does painting demos and workshops for local art groups and societies.  

I am now in a position to take commissions and works in most media.
